Past interviews of Girls' Generation's Tiffany and Byun Yo Han have gained renewed attention in light of their recent relationship announcement.

As news spreads that the two celebrities are dating with marriage in mind, individual remarks the actors made in separate project interviews last year are being revisited. Last year, Tiffany had shared behind the scenes details of her kiss scene with her then co-star Byun Yo Han during a June interview for the Disney+ series 'Uncle Samsik'.

Speaking about Byun Yo Han, she said, "He is such a fiery, passionate person. I tried to absorb as much of that energy as possible. At first, it was a little intimidating," drawing laughter. She continued, "I worked with him thinking that by receiving positive influence from my acting partner, I could also become more passionate. I felt proud that moments I never imagined were created."

Tiffany also revealed her first ever kiss scene through 'Uncle Samsik', recalling, "I didn’t have much experience with projects to begin with, and since it was my first kiss scene, I was very nervous. It was an intense and fascinating experience. The balance between passion and concentration was just right."

She added, "There were many scenes we had to shoot in one day, so we carefully moved forward, calling out 'next!' as we filmed." She then joked, "[The kiss scene] was almost like an action scene. Because of his beard, my lips even got swollen."

Byun Yo Han also shared various stories during an interview last October following the conclusion of the MBC weekend drama 'Black Out'. When asked if he had ever loved passionately, he replied, "I’ve loved passionately through acting and my pet dog," drawing laughter. Regarding marriage, he said, "When the time comes, it will happen. I believe in things happening naturally."

The two are reported to have a three year age difference and are said to have developed into a romantic relationship after forming a connection through 'Uncle Samsik'. It has also been reported that they share the same religion, and messages of congratulations and support continue to pour in.
