Celebs condemn Pahalgam Terror Attack
Many celebrities like Ajay Devgn, Mohanlal, Ram Charan and others took to social media to condemn the terrifying terrorist attack that took place in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam area. The terrorist attack reportedly killed around 28 tourists and injured many.
Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam to star in film based on Shah Bano verdict
The story of Shah Bano is going to be on celluloid and will be headlined by Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam. The movie will be directed by Suparn Verma. The film will be about the landmark Shah Bano case that is still discussed by many. In 1978, a 62-year-old woman approached Supreme Court under Section 125 CrPC seeking maintenance from her husband after triple talaq. In a landmark ruling, the court ruled in her favour stating that Section 125 applied to all citizens. However, in 1986, the Government passed Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act that diluted the verdict leading to discussion around vote bank politics. After almost four decades, Shah Bano case will once again be heard but on the big screen.
Kesari 2 box office collection day 5
As reported by Sacnilk.com, Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan's movie Kesari Chapter 2 has made around Rs 4.75 crore on first Tuesday, i.e., day 5. These are the early estimates. The film is inching closer to Rs 40 crore mark.
Anurag Kashyap apologises to Brahmin community
Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap took to his social media account to apologize for his controversial comments against the Brahmin community. This comes in amid the controversy around the film 'Phule'. On social media, he wrote, "In anger, I forgot my limits while replying to someone. I spoke badly about the entire Brahmin community. That community, whose many people have been in my life, is still there and contributes a lot."

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal's movie helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali has witnessed a change in shooting schedule. It is likely that the movie may not release on Eid 2026 and will avert clash with Yash' film Toxic.
