Salman Khan's Sikandar teaser release POSTPONED to Saturday after former PM Manmohan Singh's demise

The makers of Salman Khan's Sikandar had initially planned to launch the teaser on Friday - on the occasion of the superstar's 59th birthday.

Salman Khan fans have been eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of the Sikandar teaser. The superstar turns 59 today, on December 27, and the teaser was supposed to release as a treat for his fans. However, there's a big update on the same. Today, it will not be dropped in observance of the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on December 26, 2024. Sikandar Teaser Postponed

Today, Nadiadwala Grandson took to their social media page X (formerly Twitter) to confirm the same. The makers revealed that the teaser will now release on December 28, at 11:07 am. "In light of the passing of our esteemed former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret to announce that the release of the Sikandar teaser has been postponed to 28th December 11:07 AM. Our thoughts are with the nation during this time of mourning. Thank you for understanding. - #TeamSikandar," reads the post.

In the comments, fans have appreciated the team's decision. One person replied, "No issues, we will wait till tomorrow. The Teaser is going to be massive!" Another commented, "It's ok ... Yesterday, the makers dropped the first poster of the movie featuring Salman Khan. The poster has added to the excitement. Sikandar is an action thriller, helmed by AR Murugadoss. Along with Salman and Rashmika Mandanna, the film also stars Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar. It will hit theatres on Eid 2025.
