Marvel Unveils Mystery Character in Mind-Blowing "Fantastic Four: First Steps" trailer

Recently, Marvels has released the trailer of Fantastic Four: First Steps, and that has a buzz on the internet and many fans can't control they excitement and are waiting for the release of the movie.

New Beginnings

The new Marvel’s Fantastic Four: First Steps trailer is out and it has sent shockwaves across the world of Marvel, the viewers have been on the edge for a long time now waiting for the reboot of this iconic comic series.

Set in the early 70s Marvel’s Fantastic Four: First Steps starts developing a new storyline where Reed Richards, Susan Storm, Johnny Blaze and The Thing are already being celebrated all over the world for saving the day countless number of times after which Susan reveals that she’s expecting a child with Mr Fantastic AKA Reed Richards which is followed by a joyous celebration and an unwelcomed extra-terrestrial guest Shalla-Bal AKA the Silver Surfer.

Now for those who are not familiar with the plot of Fantastic Four, The Silver Surfer AKA Norrin Radd is a humanoid alien with metallic skin who saved his world from Galactus- The devourer of the worlds by being a pawn of him.

A New Twist

While in the comic books and early adaptations of Fantastic Four, the silver surfer is supposed to be a male anti-hero character but in the new Fantastic Four: First Steps, the silver surfer is being played by Julia Garner as Shalla Bal.

Speculations

It’s not the first time Marvel is swapping the gender of its characters, but it surely is the first time it is significant. In earlier adaptation it was Radd who sacrificed himself to Galactus and became his pawn to save his planet and protect his beloved Shalla-Bal. But speculations arise from internet about Shalla-Bal sacrificing herself instead of Norrin Radd to save the planet and become the Silver Surfer.
