Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday's courtroom drama Kesari Chapter 2 - which hit theatres on April 18 - has had people talking. The film, backed by Karan Johar and helmed by Karan Singh Tyagi, this historical thriller is packed with big names and intense moments. Kesari Chapter 2 also features Regina Cassandra, Simon Paisley Day, Amit Sial, Steven Hartley, Mark Bennington, Alexx O’Nell, Jaipreet Singh, and Krish Rao in important roles. Kesari Chapter 2 has been receiving positive reviews, but it continues to struggle at the box office. As per reports, it has managed to cross Rs 50-crore mark at the domestic box office and has earned Rs 39 crore net in India and grossed Rs 64.40 crore worldwide. As per the early estimates from the industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has collected Rs 3.20 crore net in India and its six-day domestic earnings stand at Rs 42.20 crore.

Gopichand Malineni’s film Jaat, headlined by Sunny Deol has crossed Rs 50 crore mark in a week, as per Sacnilk. As per the trade website reports, Jaat collected Rs 6.00 crore net in India on Tuesday and its total is around Rs 53.50 crore net collection. The film has crossed Rs 63 crore worldwide and is all set to touch Rs 100 crore mark on its day sixth. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, "Tuesday was most crucial – and #Jaat has passed the test... Despite being a working day, the film continued to maintain a solid grip in mass circuits and is on track to close its extended Week 1 at around ₹ 61 cr [+/-]. Salman Khan’s film Sikandar is inching closer to Rs 200 crore mark at the worldwide box office. The film has managed to gross Rs 5.38 crore in India and Rs 3 crore overseas on its sixth day of release as per the figures shared by Sikandar’s production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film's worldwide gross six days to Rs 178.16 crore. Sikandar has become the fifth-highest-grossing film of 2025 following Chhaava, L2: Empuraan, Sankranthiki Vasthunam, and Game Changer.
