However, the show recently landed in legal trouble and Salman Khan's name got dragged in it.
Salman Khan's team reacts to the legal notice
Recently, Kapil Sharma's The Great Indian Kapil Show got a legal notice for allegedly disparaging Nobel laureate Rabindra Nath Tagore's legacy. As per the reports, a notice was sent to Salman Khan, as the superstar had produced Kapil's TV show. But Salman's team has cleared that it has no association with the Netflix show.
In an official statement, Salman Khan's team has set the record straight by clarifying that the actor is not involved with Kapil's show. The statement reads, "We have no association with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix. Certain sections of the media are reporting that Salman Khan/SKTV have also received the notice, which is incorrect as we are not associated with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix." Further in this entertainment news, the superstar's team also clarified that he is not affected by the legal notice in any way.

Meanwhile, coming to The Great Indian Kapil Show, it started streaming on Netflix this year from March. In two seasons so far, we have seen guests like Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Rohit Sharma, Imtiaz Ali, Saif Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt, and others make an appearance. The next episode will feature Navjot Singh Sidhu and Harbhajan Singh. On the other hand, Salman Khan is busy with Bigg Boss 18 and AR Murugadoss' Sikandar.
