The price of gadgets has been going through the roof.
Thanks to the AI companies hogging all the resources to power their LMDUs (Language Models of Dubious Utility), anything that needs computer memory or storage is getting more expensive to manufacture by the day. You probably saw that Apple has just been forced to add hundreds of dollars to the price of its Macs and iPads to keep up with rising costs. It’s nuts.
