Sony PlayStation owners can now stream video games through Cloud Streaming

If you are a Sony PlayStation Portal owner, we have good news for you. You can now stream video games to the cloud via the Cloud Streaming service. So, what should you know about it?

Enjoy selections from the PlayStation Plus and Classics Catalogue

For your information, their digital games, games from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue and Classics Catalogue can be streamed directly from Sony's cloud browser. This is different from the Remote Play feature, which streams games from the user's own PlayStation 5 console.

This is a feature that PlayStation Portal owners have been asking for since the mobile console was launched. Cloud Streaming was previously in beta testing and was only accessible to a small number of users.

Bad news for Malaysia though

Unfortunately, you need a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription. As of now, the service is unavailable in Malaysia, with Sony only offering Deluxe, Extra and Essential in this country. Hopefully, this will change soon.
