DARA’s entry “Banagaranga” has secured Bulgaria a place in the Eurovision grand final, where the country will perform 12th in the running order during Saturday’s live show in Vienna.

The second semi-final broadcast on BNT channel BNT 1 drew strong audience interest, reaching 685,000 viewers at its peak moment. According to GARB Audience Measurement Bulgaria, the broadcast averaged 492,900 viewers, giving the channel a 28.6% audience share in the 4+ demographic and placing it among the most-watched television programs of the day.

DARA opened the semi-final with her performance at the Wiener Stadthalle, drawing a strong reaction from both the live audience and viewers across Bulgaria and abroad. The performance quickly gained traction on social media, with public figures and fans expressing support before and after her appearance.

Speaking after qualifying for the final, DARA described the moment as overwhelming. “I can’t believe it. I love being on stage and I love the feeling I had during the performance,” she said, adding that she prefers to focus on the experience rather than expectations.

In the final lineup, Bulgaria will appear 12th. The voting process will allow audiences worldwide to support entries via SMS, phone calls, or the official Eurovision voting platform, depending on country-specific systems.
