Amid the ongoing shoot of Prabhas's upcoming film Fauzi, the makers of the film have issued a strict warning after some set photos surfaced on social media. The team stressed that sharing leaked content could spoil the experience audiences are meant to have in theatres.
In an official statement released on X, the makers wrote, “It has come to our attention that certain accounts are circulating leaked images from the sets of #Fauzi. Please treat this as a strict warning - any such content will be reported, and necessary action will be taken against those involved.”
They further explained, “These leaks compromise the experience we are carefully building. What’s coming on the big screen will be far bigger and worth the wait. We urge everyone to refrain from sharing or engaging with leaked content.”
Director Hanu Raghavapudi also appealed to fans, explaining that the team has poured their hearts into Fauzi to deliver something truly special and urged everyone not to spoil the experience with leaks, emphasising that the film is meant to be enjoyed together in theatres.
About Fauzi
Fauzi is the first collaboration between Prabhas and the director of Sita Ramam. The film presents a fictionalised take on historical events and will release in two parts, with the second film serving as a prequel.
The first look of Prabhas was unveiled on his birthday, October 23, with the tagline “A battalion who fights alone.”
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is slated for a 2026 release across all South Indian languages and Hindi.
Prabhas was last seen in The Raja Saab, which hit theatres in January and received mixed reviews. He will also be seen in Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, releasing next year.
