Mammootty, Dhanush, Suriya pay respects to RB Choudary; son Jiiva gets teary-eyed
Late Tamil film producer RB Choudary's dead body was brought to his Chennai residence for the public to pay their last respects. Actor Jiiva turned teary-eyed as he garlanded his father, one last time.

Late Tamil film producer RB Choudary's dead body was brought to his residence in Chennai for the public to pay their last respects. He died in a road accident in Beawar, Rajasthan, yesterday. Choudary's actor-son Jiiva was left teary-eyed as he garlanded his father for the last time. Actors Mammootty, Dhanush, Keerthi Suresh, Suriya and Vikram came to pay their last respects. Actor and TVK chief Vijay also arrived to pay respects.
Choudary's dead body was brought to his residence in T Nagar in Chennai. He is survived by sons Jiiva, Ramesh, Suresh and wife Mahjabeen. In a clip which shows the late producer's body being brought to his residence, an emotionally overwhelmed Jiiva is seen paying final respects to his father with a garland.
Veteran Malayalam actor Mammootty came to pay respects to Choudary at his residence in Chennai amid tight security. Keerthy Suresh was seen getting inside her car after paying her respects to the late producer at his residence.
Dhanush was seen walking towards Choudary's residence along with his team, who carried a garland to pay last respects. Actors Vishal and Karthi visited the late producer's residence today to express their condolences to the bereaved family. Suriya Sivakumar and Vikram also arrived at Choudary's residence to pay their final respects.
According to an ANI report, Choudary was returning with his nephew after attending a relative's wedding ceremony in Lilamba village. Their car lost control when cattle strayed onto the road and crashed into a roadside wall. Due to the severe impact, the producer was declared dead on the spot.
About RB Choudary
The late producer worked in several film industries, predominantly in Tamil and Telugu, along with a few films in Malayalam and Hindi. He is the founder of the production company Super Good Films.
Choudary hailed from a Rajasthani family. He worked in the steel, exports, and jewellery industries before entering film production. He started his career as a producer in the Malayalam film industry first and produced a few films under the "Super" banner.
