Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala celebrated their first Sankranti as a married couple in Hyderabad. In Telugu customs, the first Sankranti after a wedding is quite special and is celebrated with families. Sobhita gave everyone a glimpse of the Bhogi and Sankranti celebrations with pictures on her Instagram Stories. The two got married after a whirlwind romance in December 2024.

A day ahead of Sankranti, Sobhita and Chaitanya celebrated Bhogi and shared a picture of a traditional bonfire. She captioned the post, "bhogi, renewal, transformation (sic)."

She then shared a solo mirror selfie from Sankranti celebrations. The actor was seen wearing a red saree and a contrasting sandal blouse with her hair neatly tucked in a bun for the occasion. She also shared a photo of her and Chaitanya's feet near a rangoli sticker with a heart emoji.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have been dating since 2022. On August 8, 2024, the couple got engaged in a private ceremony in Hyderabad, which was followed by a grand wedding in December at Hyderabad's iconic Annapurna Studios.
