Hollywood star Sharon Stone is not very pleased with the upcoming Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick project, Another Simple Favor. Stone recently shared that she was cast in the thriller and then suddenly removed from it.
“I LOVED being cast and removed from my role unexpectedly for no reason at all LOVED it (sic),” she wrote in a social media comment.
Another Simple Favor is a sequel to the acclaimed thriller, A Simple Favor, which reunites the lead pair, Kendrick and Lively.
The film is directed by Paul Feig, who also helmed A Simple Favour, the first installment in the series. Written by Jessica Sharzer and Laeta Kalogridis, Another Simple Favour is bankrolled by Paul Feig and Laura Fischer. The film's cinematography is done by John Schwartzman and the music is by Theodore Shapiro.
Anna Kendrick was most recently seen in Woman of the Hour, which was also directed by her. Blake, on the other hand, was last seen in It Ends With Us, opposite Justin Baldoni and Brandon Sklenar.
It releases on Prime Video on May 1.
