Girl's Day's Bang Minah, actor On Ju-wan set to get married

K-pop band Girl's Day member Bang Minah and South Korean actor On Ju-wan's agencies have announced their plans to get married. The two worked together in a popular Kdrama.

After filming a wedding scene together in a drama nearly a decade ago, Girl’s Day’s Bang Minah and On Ju Wan are getting married in real life.

On July 4, both stars’ agencies confirmed that Bang Minah and On Ju-wan are planning to get married in November.

According to a report in Soompi, On Ju-wan’s agency Haewadal Entertainment announced, “After a serious relationship, our actor On Ju Wan and actress Bang Minah have decided to spend the rest of their lives together starting this November. We ask that you give your warm blessings and support for their future as they begin the second chapter of their lives as a married couple."

Bang Minah’s agency SM C&C similarly confirmed, “The two of them have known each other for a long time, and their relationship blossomed into love. We would be grateful if you gave the two of them your warm interest and congratulations as they prepare to begin a new chapter of their lives.”

The upcoming November wedding will be held privately, with only their families and friends in attendance, and both stars’ agencies noted that they will remain active as actors even after getting married.

Bang Minah and On Ju-wan first met while filming the 2016 drama 'Dear Fair Lady Kong Shim,' and they are said to have begun dating about four years ago when they reunited in the musical 'The Days' in 2021.
