The box office journey ahead

It will be interesting to see how many new benchmarks the film ends up setting on Saturday and Sunday. It has already become the second highest-grossing Malayalam opener of the year, after Mohanlal and Mammootty's Patriot, released 22 days back.

Drishyam 3, set right where the story of Drishyam 2 ends, features Mohanlal playing his iconic character - Georgekutty - now a film producer. It is directed by Jeethu Joseph, and also features Asha Sarath, Meena, Krishna Prabha and Veena Nandakumar among others.
