As videos from packed theatres flooded social media, many viewers shared their reactions, with some cheering Ram Charan's electrifying entry sequence while others praised the film's climactic moments.
One X user called Peddi a rare film which has the structure of a template Telugu commercial cinema. Fans celebrate Peddi release
Fan clubs also organised special celebrations, turning theatres into festival-like venues as they welcomed Peddi with unmatched enthusiasm.
In one clip, a fan was seen dancing to a song from the film. In another, moviegoers danced to Chikiri Chikiri. Other videos showed fans throwing confetti during Ram Charan's entry segment.

Upasana Konidela enjoys Peddi in theatre
Upasana Kamineni Konidela joined the excitement around the release by attending a screening of her husband's latest film at Hyderabad's Sree Ramulu Theatre. Videos from the screening showed her seated among the audience as the crowd reacted to the film.
In the clips from the theatre, Upasana was seen laughing, cheering and celebrating along with other viewers as the audience broke into whistles and applause during one of Ram Charan's scenes. In another moment captured on video, she picked up paper bits lying on the auditorium floor and tossed them into the air, joining the confetti-filled celebrations inside the theatre.

In Peddi, Ram Charan plays the titular role of a village figure who is known both as a gifted athlete and a natural leader. Set in rural India, the sports drama brings together cricket, wrestling and sprinting, with Peddi at the centre of the major challenges and competitions in the story.
The film also features Janhvi Kapoor, Boman Irani, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu and Divyenndu in key roles. It is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and jointly produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru and Ishan Saksena.
