Mumbai: India’s obsession with films helmed by Christopher Nolan is all set to take a new high.

It is rumored that, filmmaker Christopher Nolan will visit Mumbai along with his blockbuster Hollywood stars, Matt Damon and Tom Holland, for the premiere of “The Odyssey”, the 2026’s highest anticipated film.

The grand Indian premiere of the film is slated to take place on the IMAX screen at Phoenix Palladium in Mumbai.

The Odyssey has already garnered a global buzz, and it is no shocker that the tickets were sold out at the time of its pre-booking in many countries, including India.

The Christopher Nolan directorial is based on the story of Homer’s great Greek epic and features Matt Damon as King of Ithaca, Odysseus, and his son Telemachus as Tom Holland.

An ensemble cast also featuring Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, and Charlize Theron will also make its appearance in the epic tale.

The film made history by being the first feature film to be shot entirely with the IMAX camera. And well, this only means a greater scale and visual treat in “The Odyssey”.

Nolan already holds an exceptionally huge fan base in India as his previously directed films, including “Inception”, “Interstellar”, “Dunkirk”, and “Oppenheimer” have shattered box office records in India.

The visit of Nolan and his stars to the city is expected to cause an extreme stir of excitement among movie buffs across India.
