Tamil star Dhanush and actress Mrunal Thakur are rumoured to hold their wedding on Valentine’s Day 2026. Rumors about the duo’s marriage are trending on social media and entertainment portals.

The buzz is also based on the ongoing speculation that the two actors are in an ongoing relationship, which initially gained significance in August 2025 when the two were caught together at the premiere of Mrunal’s film Son of Sardaar 2 in Hyderabad. Then, social media users responded strongly to the interaction, and the rumours of a romantic connection started to spread.

Despite the fresh wedding talk, both Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur have not confirmed the news publicly. The actors and their representatives have kept their mouths shut over the issue, and there is no official statement regarding any marriage plans yet.

The speculation follows months of fan talk and industry gossip – such as the fact that Mrunal has interacted on social media with the family of Dhanush and has attended parties to promote Dhanush’s film, Tere Ishk Mein.
