Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol starrer Alpha official teaser is out now

Mumbai: Alia Bhatt and Bobby Deol starrer Alpha has officially released its first teaser, marking the completion of the film and setting it for release after multiple delays.

The action-filled spy thriller is directed by Shiv Rawail, it belongs to the YRF Spy Universe.

Starting with a loving gesture, the teaser unfolds with Bobby Deol treating his daughter, Sita, who is essayed by Alia Bhatt to a special dinner on her 18th birthday. Elated by the birthday surprise, Sita enjoys her meal, oblivious of what awaited her.

The merriment comes to a halt, when Bobby surprises his daughter with a mysterious gift box which is later revealed to be a secret code. He then notifies Sita that her birthday marks the start of her first-ever mission, turning a casual family outing into an unforgettable moment for her.

Alpha is an elite secret program meant to breed India’s finest operatives of the next generation who would be stronger, sharper, and faster than ever before.

Further down the line in the teaser, it’s revealed that Sita has been prepared for this profession since her childhood. Her father has been training her, expecting his wolf’s daughter to also turn into a wolf, the proof of which we see is an Alpha insignia imprinted on Sita’s forearm.

Few snippets from Sita’s intense mission in numerous fight sequences give a small glimpse into the exciting story that the movie promises and this is the greatest teaser they could have served.

Having been first postponed to April 2026 and then to December 2025, the movie will finally hit the big screens on July 3, 2026. The postponement was announced citing reasons of extensive visual effects to produce the largest-than-life cinema that would be felt by viewers across the country.

This seventh addition to the YRF Spy Universe after films like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, Pathaan, Tiger 3, War, and War 2, stars Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in lead roles.
