Wheel World Xbox Game Pass release delayed for a second time

Annapurna Interactive and Messhof's Wheel World, formerly known as Ghost Bike, has been delayed and will now launch into Xbox Game Pass later this year.

After its first delay from 2024 to "early 2025," this second delay means Wheel World now joins Xbox Game Pass in summer 2025, so you're going to have to wait before you can start popping the Wheel World achievements, and we're going to have to reorganize our upcoming Game Pass games list.

Wheel World gets new Game Pass release window

  • Wheel World will now launch for Xbox Series X|S sometime during summer 2025
  • It will also join Xbox Game Pass on day one
  • The open-world biking adventure originally had a 2024 release window

Wheel World is described as an "easy-going open-world biking adventure" where you play as Kat, a young cyclist who must save the world from destruction. While exploring its world, you will take on elite cycling teams in high-stakes races, find hidden secrets, look high and low for rare parts to upgrade your bike and recover your stolen legendary parts to perform The Great Shift ritual and save the world.
