Xbox Game Pass has just one game confirmed for February so far

Xbox Game Pass has a major Xbox exclusive lined up for February, and it's currently the only Game Pass game confirmed for next month.

We're halfway through the month, and just one game has been confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in February 2025 so far. We'll likely hear more on Microsoft's Game Pass plans soon, but so far, we've got an absolute juggernaut confirmed for next month, when we'll finally start unlocking the Avowed achievements. As one of the biggest upcoming Xbox exclusives of the year, Avowed should keep us busy for quite some time.

Avowed finally launches into Xbox Game Pass in February

After looking forward to it for so long, it seems odd to say it's almost here: Obsidian Entertainment's first-person fantasy RPG Avowed launches next month, taking us to the Living Lands to investigate a strange plague. We'll be exploring the island, facing its dangers, and juggling the difficulties of its different factions.

Avowed is currently the only Game Pass game confirmed for February. It's one of the most-anticipated Xbox releases of 2025, and as it'll likely be a chunky RPG, we should be kept exploring the Living Lands for quite some time.

However, as for what else Microsoft might have planned: we've got a fair bit of the month still left to us, so we'll no doubt hear more Game Pass announcements soon with more info on what's arriving to keep Avowed company in February. Even if the Xbox team does prove to be playing its Game Pass cards close to its chest, we can perhaps hope to hear more at the Xbox Developer Direct event later this month.
