Microsoft has now revealed the second batch of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in January 2025. Darkest Dungeon, Death's Door, Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, Anuchard, Broforce, and Maquette will drop out of Game Pass on January 31, leaving a large hole in the library for some new games coming to Game Pass.
Games leaving Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on January 31
- Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem
- Anuchard
- Darkest Dungeon
- Broforce
- Maquette
- Death's Door
With less than two weeks before these games leave Game Pass, it's going to be a struggle to play everything. To help you get a handle on which games to tackle, here is a full rundown of each title, with completion estimates and more.

Anuchard
- Go forth, battle monsters, solve puzzles, and unlock the Anuchard achievements
- Completion estimate: 8-10 hours
- Platforms:Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC
Anuchard is an action-RPG filled with magic, monsters, and puzzles to solve. Playing as the Bellwielder, you will venture into The Dungeon to find five treasonous Guardians who once destroyed the world of Anuchard.
According to estimates, you’ll be able to unlock all 18 Anuhard achievements in around ten hours. However, you may be able to shave off some time here if you use our Anuchard walkthrough, which will help when it comes to some of those missable achievements.

Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem
- Shoot down the Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem achievements
- Completion estimate: 15-20 hours
- Platforms:Xbox Series X|S, PC
Explosive first-person shooter Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem whisks you off to Russia for another fight against the traitorous General Brand. This stand-alone expansion into the world of Serious Sam is filled with guns, explosions, destructions, and a menagerie of Mental’s weird creatures to destroy.
Unlocking all 49 Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem achievements will take between 15 and 20 hours. There is also a PC version of the game with its own list of achievements if you fancy going for the completion twice.

Maquette
- Here are the puzzling Maquette achievements
- Completion estimate: 2-3 hours
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC
According to developer Graceful Decay, Maquette is billed as a “first-person recursive puzzle game” that places you into a world where every building, plant, and object are simultaneously tiny and absolutely massive. It’s an interesting puzzle game and absolutely one worth checking out if you’ve got time before it drops out of Game Pass later this month.
The completion here is pretty straightforward if you are willing to follow some of the individual achievement guides we have here on TrueAchievements. Unlocking all 22 Maquette achievements should only take a few hours.

Broforce
- The Broforce achievements are very muscular, indeed!
- Completion estimate: 3-4 hours
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC
Bro, dude, lad — this run-and-gun game is something special! Bringing together the most famous action heroes under the same banner and having them fight enemies in a side-scrolling action is a heaven-made match!
Who isn’t going to laugh a bit at Double-Bro Seven, BroHeart, Ellen Ripbro, or Bronan the Barbarian? It’s silly, stupid fun at its finest. I think Broforce’s greatest trick is not outstaying it’s welcome. At three hours, you’ll get all the laughs you need in single-player or co-op and move on. Now that’s a respectful bro move!

Death’s Door
- Ferry the dead for the Death’s Door achievements
- Completion estimate: 15-20 hours
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC
Death’s Door is an action-adventure game with Souls-like elements in which you play as a crow, ferrying the dead into the afterlife. When one lost soul is stolen, you head to a realm where creatures grow greedy, yearning for power as they strive to rule in a world untouched by death, to track down the thief.
When it was released in 2021, Death’s Door shot to the top of many players’ Game of the Year lists, hoovering up awards along the way. It’s a real indie treat, especially if you enjoy conquering fast-paced combat.
Estimates suggest it will take between 15 and 20 hours to unlock all of the Death’s Door achievements, although you might be able to shorten that time to 12-17 hours if you play with our Death’s Door walkthrough. PC Game Pass subscribers may also want to check out the PC version of Death's Door for another stack of achievements.

Darkest Dungeon
- Here are the Darkest Dungeon achievements
- Completion estimate: 120-150 hours (excluding DLC packs)
- Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC
Darkest Dungeon is notoriously a beast of a completion with only 106 TA members out of over 69,000 unlocking all 62 achievements. Don’t let that put you off, though. You may not realize that the Red Hook Studio developed turn-based RPG has a rabid fan base.
People have been playing the dark roguelike for years, slowly chipping away at the hardy adventure in the hopes of one day seeing the light. It might be a bit late to start the game now that it’s leaving the service, but if this write-up has intrigued you, then keep the name Darkest Dungeon in mind!
If you're a glutton for punishment, there is a PC version of Darkest Dungeon with its own list of achievements to unlock.
Will you be starting any of these games before they drop out of the service at the end of the month? Let us know down in the comments. The next Xbox Game Pass January 2025 lineup has not yet been announced, but we know that Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite: Resistance, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, and Lonely Mountains: Snow Rider are all on the docket.
