Spyro Reignited Trilogy soars onto Xbox Game Pass today

Xbox Game Pass members can take on Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and the Sorceress, with Spyro Reignited Trilogy joining the Game Pass library today.

Xbox Game Pass members can charge through the Spyro Reignited Trilogy achievements and take on the villains from the three remakes of Spyro's original adventures, with Spyro Reignited Trilogy joining Game Pass today. Spyro Reignited Trilogy is available for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Standard, and PC Game Pass, and since everybody loves this iconic purple dragon, we have high hopes it'll soon be considered one of the best Game Pass games.

Spyro joins Game Pass today with the Reignited Trilogy

There's something about soaring around as a bright purple dragon, collecting shiny gems and charging random enemies, that just suits everybody. With Spyro Reignited Trilogy, we get to play through Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon, saving the dragons, then Avalar's homeworlds, and finally the dragon eggs themselves. It's hard to get too fired up about this whole saving the world business, however, because the Spyro games are just so fun to play, with a goofy sense of humor, a sea of shiny collectibles, and a range of great characters to meet. Couple that with the other activities Spyro can get up to on the way (skateboarding and speedways, for example) and it's a roaring good time all round.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy currently has an estimated completion time of 25 to 30 hours for its 105 achievements (with a few buggy ones to look out for), and there's a Spyro Reignited Trilogy walkthrough to help you out too.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy was a surprise announcement for Game Pass. It definitely wasn't expected as one of the upcoming Game Pass games for November, but it seems Xbox is enjoying its surprise announcements, since Death Stranding Director's Cut just shadow-dropped onto Xbox, although sadly not for Game Pass.
