Sophia, who dated Liam from 2013 until October 2015, shared the news with her followers alongside an acoustic track by Dan Berk titled Anyone. She captioned the post: "Yes a million times over. 25.12.24," followed by a red heart emoji.

Fans took to social media to offer their congratulations, with one writing: "Omggggggggg. Congratulations! ! ! ! ! ! ! " Another posted: "Favourites forever can't stop watching this video," while a third added: "Yayyyyy! So happy for you both! Congratulations."
Sophia had been in a high-profile relationship with Liam in the past, often accompanying him to events and even attending One Direction's final concert tour. After their split almost a decade ago, Liam expressed his heartbreak, telling The Sun on Sunday: "In order to do right by somebody, sometimes it's better not to do what your heart wants, but to do what's better for them," reports the Mirror.
There were reportedly discussions about marriage before the couple went their separate ways, but Liam felt that 22 was too young to tie the knot.
He previously told Attitude Magazine: "We have talked about marriage, but 22 seems a bit young for us. Sophia needs to go off and do what she wants to do. I don't want her to be one of those stay-at-home girlfriends who doesn't really do much."
This news comes nearly three months after Liam's untimely death at the age of 31, following a fall from the third floor of a hotel, with an autopsy ruling that he died instantly from multiple traumatic injuries and subsequent internal and external haemorrhage.
