Prior to her Golden Globes appearance, Seyfried joined honorees Sarah Jessica Parker and Helen Mirren at Tuesday night’s Golden Eve celebration, at which Parker and Mirren were honored with the Carol Burnett Award, for Parker, and the Cecil B. DeMille Award, for Mirren.
A past Golden Globe nominee as well as a previous winner, Seyfried earned her latest nod for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her performance as the titular role in “The Testament of Ann Lee.”

The 83rd Golden Globes are underway tonight at The Beverly Hilton, honoring the best in 2025 film, television and podcasts. “One Battle After Another” leads film with nine nominations, with “Sentimental Value” and “Sinners” close behind, while “The White Lotus” tops TV nods. Hosted for the second consecutive year by Nikki Glaser, the ceremony airs live beginning at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
