Details about the upcoming special of Strictly Come Dancing have been revealed as the stars gear up to perform in Blackpool this weekend.
The ninth week of the BBC competition will feature a special live broadcast from the iconic Tower Ballroom. Each year, Strictly makes its way to the coastal town to deliver a live episode from the globally recognised venue.
In addition to performances from the eight remaining pairs in the BBC competition, this Saturday's live show will also include a performance from the Pet Shop Boys as reported in the Manchester Evening News.
They will kick off the show with a medley of their hits while the Strictly professional dancers perform a routine. The duo will return during Sunday night's results show to perform their latest single, a cover of Mott The Hoople's All The Young Dudes, penned by David Bowie.
During the programme, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley will quickstep to Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up, while former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec will perform a paso doble to Nathan Lanier's Torn.
Montell Douglas and her partner Johannes Radebe will salsa to Thelma Houston's Don't Leave Me This Way. Meanwhile, Sarah Hadland and her partner Vito Coppola will present their own couples' choice routine to Kylie Minogue's Padam Padam.
Elsewhere, Wynne Evans and Katya Jones are set to perform a Charleston to Carmen Suite No.1: 5 Les Toreadors by Georges Bizet, while reality star Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal will cha cha to I'm Too Sexy by Right Said Fred.
