Fête de la Musique: France bans alcohol consumption in public spaces because of heatwave

France issued a red alert for the heatwave across more than a third of the country for Sunday. It coincides with the country's Fête de la Musique celebrations and as a result, alcohol consumption will be banned in public spaces during the festivities. Story by Morgan Ayre.
