DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN Actor Vincent D'Onofrio Says the Trailer Release Delayed Due to the Los Angeles Fires
by Jessica Fisher · GeekTyrantFans have been antsy to get a new look at the upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again. There was a sneak peek shown at last year's D23 as well as New York Comic-Con, but despite online leaks, we have never seen it officially hit the web.
There were rumblings that we were set to see it released last Monday, but that didn’t happen, so fans went straight to a source, asking one of the show’s stars, Vincent D’Onofrio, what’s going on.
The Kingpin actor was asked what’s up, and he responded, "Postponed because of LA fires. It's coming."
It seems there are a few trailers were postponed last week due to the ongoing wildfires, which have caused widespread destruction in Los Angeles. Last week's news cycle was a little slower, and there's even been talk about postponing awards season.
This all makes sense, as L.A. is the main hub for movie and TV news, and many of its residents are under evacuation notice, or even worse, have lost their homes. The current death toll is 24.
We will get our trailers soon, and productions will pick back up, but for now, our hearts go out to those who’ve lost so much.
