HELENA BONHAM CARTER and Steve Coogan are among the cast who will appear in the fourth season of HBO’s comedy drama The White Lotus.

Bonham Carter was most recently seen in Netflix’s Agatha Christie miniseries The Seven Dials, while Coogan was most recently seen as former Ireland manager Mick McCarthy in the film Saipan.

The upcoming season will be set in France, with film locations including Paris, the Cannes film festival, and the luxury Château de La Messardière hotel in Saint-Tropez on the Côte d’Azur.

The White Lotus is an anthology series, with each season taking place in a new luxurious location and following various guests for a tumultuous vacation.

The series is based in different hotels owned by the fictional White Lotus chain.

However, this will be the season that doesn’t feature a real life Four Seasons hotel.

Joining Bonham Carter and Coogan are Caleb Jonte Edwards, Marissa Long, Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, and AJ Michalka.

The third season of The White Lotus, created by Mike White, reached new viewership highs and was nominated for 23 Emmy awards.

White last year remarked that in the fourth season, “I want to get a little bit out of the ‘crashing waves against rocks’ vernacular”.
