‘Echo Valley’ trailer: Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney bury a dark secret to save themselves

Written by Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby and directed by Michael Pearce, the film premieres on Apple TV+ on June 13

Apple TV on Wednesday (May 7) unveiled the trailer of its upcoming thriller film, Echo Valley, headlined by Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney. The film, written by Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby, premieres on June 13 on Apple TV+.

The trailer introduces Sweeney’s character as Claire, who seeks help from her estranged mother Kate (Moore) on a rainy night, at the titular farm in southern Pennsylvania, covered in someone else’s blood. “As Kate pieces together the shocking truth of what happened, she learns just how far a mother will go to try to save her child in this gripping tale of love, sacrifice and survival,” reads the logline.

Directed by BAFTA-winner Michael Pearce, the film also stars Domhnall Gleeson, Fiona Shaw, Edmund Donovan, Albert Jones and Kyle MacLachlan.

Ridley Scott, Michael Pruss, Kevin J. Walsh, and Ingelsby produce the film in partnership with Apple TV.
