Dancing on Ice star reveals Holly Willoughby 'change' as she prepares for first interview since This Morning exit
by Jessica Sansome · Manchester Evening NewsOne of Holly Willoughby's co-stars on Dancing On ice co-stars has noticed a change in the presenter after Stephen Mulhern became her co-host on the popular show.
The 43-year-old presenter was joined by Stephen, 47, on the ITV skating competition show last year as he replaced her longtime co-host Phillip Schofield, and pro-skater Andy Buchanan has noticed a different in her demeanour on set.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I feel like I've got to know Holly way more since he's been on. He just opened that door. He's hilarious. He jokes around, chats to everyone - and now I think she jokes more, she's more open, she chats to us more."
As well as Dancing On Ice, Holly and Stephen have worked together on ITV's 'You Bet!' revival. The hit programme - which originally ran from 1988 to 1997, with Sir Bruce Forsyth, Matthew Kelly and Darren Day appearing as presenters - returned in December for the first of two ITV1 specials, and it pulled in a reported 4.1 million viewers.
The comments come as Holly prepares for her first sit-down interview since quitting This Morning in October 2023. She will give her first TV interview on The Graham Norton Show on Friday night (January 24).

She'll appear on the popular BBC talk show to promote her brand new Netflix reality show Celebrity Bear Hunt, which also stars survival expert Bear Grylls. Hosted by Holl, the show is set in a Costa Rican jungle and due to be released on the streaming service on the 5th February this year.
A trailer was recently shared with Bear Grylls hiding behind a tree before declaring that “he is going to be formidable prey” as the camera shows Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Joe Thomas and Kola Bokinni. The teaser then showed a celebrity scream as Bear Grylls sneaks up behind him, followed by the contestants are forced to jump out of moving boat, and are regularly seen wearing camouflage paint and outfits.
Holly then explains: "This is the ultimate survival challenge, 12 celebrities are in the Costa Rican jungle going head-to-head with the legendary Bear Grylls. Anyone caught by Bear will be in danger of elimination."
