BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans 'work out' what Dianne Buswell and Chris McCausland are hiding after 'that's all' update

Fans think they have 'worked out' what Dianne Buswell and Chris McCausland are hiding as she revealed they had been reunited weeks after their Strictly Come Dancing triumph.

As fans are aware, the professional dancer and comedian were paired together for the 20th-anniversary series of the BBC One dance contest back in September and after three months they made it through to the final.

They were seen facing competition from fellow finalists Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec and JLS singer JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley to lift the famous Glitterball trophy as they were crowned the 2024 series champions.

Despite their success, Dianne and Chris' dancing journey together quickly came to an end unlike some of their other co-stars. Fans will also know, following their dancing triumph, Chris and Dianne have since gone their separate ways after Chris was unable to sign up for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour 2025.

Due to his own touring commitments with his stand-up show, Yonks!, which he originally paused to take part in the hit dance show, Chris was unable to go on a winners tour of the UK with his fellow finalists and others from the class of 2024 as they perform for audiences in arenas up and down the country.

Now, Dianne has teased that something is going to be announced by her and Chris as she took to Instagram on Tuesday (January 14) with a smiling selfie of the pair. Alongside the post, the dancer wrote to her 1.1 million followers: "Nine days and counting [eyes emojis]….?????? That's all you get for now."

Chris was quick to respond to the post, writing in the comments section: "Hey partner, I've missed you! Tick tock…. Tick tock…" And the update quickly sent fans wild with some hoping it meant they may get a chance to perform together on the Strictly Live tour.

But some thought the Strictly tour dates and Chris own stand-up dates would clash and therefore had theories of them working on a TV show. @annelise.grayauthor said: "You guys are getting your own show.
