I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here viewers have demanded that one campmate is 'protected at all costs' as their sweet move was spotted. Alan Halsall has been winning praise from fans of the ITV reality show following his latest appearance in camp.

During Monday night (Novemebr 25) instalment of jungle action, I'm A Celeb fans saw, in the dark of night after the campmates had enjoyed their dinner of ostrich egg, there was an unexpected twist in store as a laminate was delivered into camp, as well as a bag of bus tickets.

The laminate explained: "Tonight, you will all have the chance to win treats. However, to be in with a chance of winning, you will all need to take a trip on The Fright Bus!"

The challenge will see each celebrity given the chance to win a piece of luggage each from the luggage rack, described as containting holiday essentials, and even a tasty treat.

The challenge was simple: the campmates had to endure the bus and work within their rows of three to escape it, passing four stops on its journey. To do this, each row would wait until their stop to manoeuvre three tokens across the bar to the stop button as fast as they could. Every token won, would equate to one piece of luggage.

As each celebrity took their seats, birthday girl Maura Higgins got a shock when she realised she was at the back of the bus and would therefore have to endure the longest trip. As the Fright Bus started its journey, creepy crawlies began to fall and there were screams that could be heard all over the jungle...

But with Maura panicking, it was Coronation Strete star Alan who stepped in to offer words of reassurance as he said if he wins a treat and Maura doesn't, he would give her his prize. And I'm A Celeb fans quickly rushed to praise the actor, famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs, in the ITV soap.

@alannahsophia_ said: "I hope Alan knows how much of a treasure he is #ImACeleb." @alannahsophia_ commented: "We ride at dawn for the protection of Alan, he’s an absolute gem #ImACeleb #imacelebrity2024." @j_amyyy posted: "Can we vote Alan to win now??
