BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell has fans 'freaking out' over Chris McCausland tease as she jokes she's 'nothing'

Dianne Buswell has joked she is 'nothing' without Chris McCausland as she wasn't able to escape her friend and former dance partner, even though they have gone their seperate ways.

As fans are aware, the professional dancer and comedian were paired together for the 20th-anniversary series of Strictly Come Dancing back in September and were eventually crowned champions of the 2024 series following a glittering finale in mid-December.

They were seen fighting off competition from fellow BBC One dance contest finalists Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec and JLS singer JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley to lift the famous Glitterball trophy.

But as fans will also know, following their dancing triumph, Chris and Dianne have since gone their separate ways after Chris was unable to sign up for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour 2025 due to his own touring commitments with his stand-up show, Yonks!, which he originally paused to take part in the hit dance show.

Ahead of hitting the road for the string of arena shows, which begin in Birmingham on Friday (December 17), Dianne took to Instagram to give a glimpse at how she spent her last few days at her home with her boyfriend Joe Sugg before travelling the country with her Strictly co-stars.

Alongside the string of snaps, which included solo selfies, as she asked fans for advice over a hair makeover, and snaps with Joe as well as glimpses inside their gorgeous home, the Australian star wrote: "Last few days at home before tour," before giving a caption to each of the 19 photos she shared.

But it was one fan who caught Dianne's attention as they were quick to comment on the post: "I miss chris with you. Not the same without him. Dont do the bob. Youll regret it. your parents are lovely." Dianne then hilariously replied: "I’m nothing without @chrismccauslandcomedy."

Dianne was also seen seemingly teasing fans as another said: "I actually want to see Chris and Dianne - The Concert again and again," to which she reponded with a smiling face emoji and the eyes emoji.
