BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Ellie Leach issues two-word message to Vito Coppola as private reunion 'spotted'

Ellie Leach shared a two-word message to Vito Coppola before the Strictly Come Dancing star showed his support as he featured in her latest update.

The pair have remained close friends ever since they were paired together for the 2023 run of the BBC One dance contest before winning the entire series.

Ellie was among those supporting Vito as he returned to Strictly last year for the show's 20th-anniversary series with a new dance partner, actress Sarah Hadland, with the new partnership making it all the way to the grand final back in December.

Despite him now having a new dancing partnership, Ellie and Vito's friendship is stronger than ever and the Italian dancer was seen featuring in the former Coronation Street star's latest social media post which gave a glimpse at how she's been spending her time lately.

The former soap star, who is famed for having played Faye Windass in Corrie, was seen with friends and family in the pictures while she also posed for a number of selfies before sharing them with her 420,000 followers.

Captioning the post, Ellie wrote to her fans and followers: "Some random recent events that make my heart warm," and having made his appearance in the post, Vito was quick to respond to the post, he wrote in the comments section: "Babyyy enjoy always and keep shining."

And fans couldn't help but spot Vito amongst all the snaps she shared. @annamklee said: "Reunited with Vito. Brilliant! Love the blue jumper on you, definitely your colour!" @fiona.james.146 commented: "Lovely pics Ellie, glad to see you had a catch up with Vito. Aubergine Team 4ever."

It comes after Ellie shared a photo to her Instagram Story that she'd previously shared a year ago of her former dance partner and simply said: "Miss you @vitocoppola."
