Inside Justin Bieber's erratic weekend before mysterious Hailey unfollow

Rumours Justin and Hailey Bieber's marriage is on the rocks have been fuelled by the star unfollowing his wife on social media. We take a look inside their ski break that hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons...

Justin and Hailey Bieber's skiing holiday in Aspen, Colorado, has become embroiled in controversy thanks to the star's antics.

The 30-year-old and his wife have been married for six years with a four-month-old baby boy, Jack Blues, but today, when searching for Hailey's account under Justin's following list on Instagram, fans noticed it returned with "no users found". Hailey, 28, is still following her husband.

Intriguingly, the I'm Sorry hitmaker recently unfollowed his father-in-law, the actor Stephen Baldwin, on social media too. Today, he denied unfollowing his wife amid divorce rumours, saying: "Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife. S*** getting suss out here".

Back to the ski break and Justin sparked concern when he posted photos of himself a bong between his legs on the trip to Colorado, a state where marijuana is legal. Wearing a wide brimmed hat with a blanket over his shoulders, the star was seen lighting the bong before inhaling from it and exhaling the smoke.

Fans were divided when it came to their reactions. One told the star: "You are a father. This is not your way," while another defended the marijuana as a "legal substance", saying: "I think it's hilarious that it is entirely normal for people to post photos of them drinking and even drinking as a form of getting through the day, aka mom culture".

Earlier snaps had showed the singer wearing a pair of tight, wet white Calvin Klein trunks which appeared to reveal all. Sitting in freezing temperatures on a chair in the snow by a river, fans branded him "hot". The day before, Justin, 30, had posted a shot of himself coming out of the river in the same underwear, sporting a pink beanie.

The couple were also spotted taking ski lessons by a fellow holidaymaker and other photos posted on the holiday to Buttermilk Ski Resort by Justin included snaps of a cosy, nighttime ice skating date with his wife. The Canadian performer wrote: "The greatest woman I have and will ever know" and added an animated heart illustration.

The singer's longtime photographer friend Rory Kramer was tagged in the photos, which also showed him sipping on a hot drink outside. He recently shared photos which appeared to suggest he was recording new music too.

Despite the rumours Justin and Hailey could be heading for divorce, a source recently told Page Six she and her husband "couldn't be happier" while "adjusting to life as parents of a newborn." "Hailey has seen a whole different side to Justin since becoming a father and she's more in love with him than ever," they added.

Elsewhere, Justin also reshared a post reading: "When life is beating your ass and your guides say 'Just keep going' to his 294 million followers. He also shared a Martin Luther King quote, reading: "Hate can't drive out hate, only love can do that."

The star has unfollowed a number of people on social media recently including Usher, his former manager Scooter Braun and Ryan Good, the best man at his wedding.
