Strictly's Claudia Winkleman makes one-word remark in racy Giovanni Pernice confession

The Traitors host once made a cheeky comment about ex-Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice that makes her thoughts perfectly clear

Claudia Winkleman didn't hold back on her thoughts about former Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice, revealing a rather saucy insight in her autobiography.

The Traitors host, who celebrates her 53rd birthday today (Wednesday, January 15), penned some tantalising words about the Italian hunk's physique in her 2020 memoir. Claudia's comments predate the bullying claims made against Giovanni by actress Amanda Abbington.

She teased readers with: "This might be why you're here so here goes, let me divulge. If I haven't covered enough then I'm happy to answer any questions. Tweet me and that's the deal."

Adding a cheeky nudge for the curious ones, she wrote: "You've got the book and you want to know what Giovanni looks like without his top on - I get it, just let me know."

She then used one word to describe his physique, before elaborating slightly: "By the way, if that is the question, then the answer is knockout, plus much more muscular than you'd think."

Giovanni exited the BBC dance floor after Amanda Abbington's allegations of 'abusive' behaviour, with an investigation upholding six out of 17 complaints, but clearing him of physical abuse.

The TV star and the film producer share three kids, but it seems there's another special someone stealing Claudia's affections. On an episode of the Where There's A Will, There's A Wake podcast, The Traitors host Claudia Winkleman shared with Kathy Burke about her recent addition to the family that she's completely smitten with.

She confessed that she's so besotted with the new family member that she even sings them a "lullaby", , reports Lancs Live.

However, it seems her husband, Kris Thykier, finds it all a bit "much". Claudia revealed: "So, I've recently got a dog, who I am in love with.

"I mean, I'm gonna bore you till your ears bleed. The two [children] have left home; I didn't know what to do.

"I thought I might steal a baby, so instead, I got a dog who I treat like...I mean, I don't put him in clothes but I didn't know.

"Anyway, so I love Skip, love of my life. I look for toys for him; I stroke his ears. Sometimes, I've been known to sing him a lullaby. My husband was like, 'This is too much'."
