Millie Bobby Brown unrecognisable at Netflix premiere and fans can't believe her real age

Millie Bobby Brown sent fans into a frenzy when she rocked up on the red carpet for the premiere of her new film on Monday.

The Stranger Things star made sure all eyes were on her at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles as she posed for photos with her husband, Jake Bongiovi, 22, who she got married to last year.

Millie looked gorgeous sporting a busty beaded gold gown, featuring structured hips and a dramatic collared cape for the star-studded premiere of The Electric State. However, fans couldn't get over her dramatic appearance, with some saying she looked a decade older than her actual age.

The actress, 21, is now sporting bleach blonde hair, which she piled on top of her head with a thick fringe for the premiere. Her make-up was predictably glamorous as were her long manicured nails and glittering gold jewellery. But fans were adamanent she looked older than her age, with one taking to social media saying they had to "Google her date of birth to be sure".

Millie also confused fans when she attended the SAG Awards on the weekend. The actress attended the pre-cursor to the Oscars with her husband and looked stunning sporting a peach silk gown with her blonde hair tied up in a bun.

However, some fans thought she looked at like she was in her thirties with her elegant appearance as one said on social media: "Already looking like 30-year-old" while another asked: "How come she looks 30+?"

Others were simply stunned by how time flies especially given that Millie was just 12 when she made her debut as Eleven on Stranger Things in 2016. "Stunning" posted one, who added: "It's weird watching them grow up before our eyes. I don't think I'll ever get used to it. It's like watching my own daughters as they have grown and thrived." Meanwhile, another mused: "Eleven is all grown up."

In June last year, Millie confirmed she was a married woman after tying the knot with Jon Bon Jovi's son, Jake. The couple were first reported to have exchanged vows in May stateside, following their engagement over a year ago.

Taking to Instagram Millie celebrated her new status as she shared a collection of snaps of herself and her new husband enjoying a day out at Universal Studios Orlando.

In the cute pictures, the actress can be seen wearing a pair of denim shorts with the word 'wifey' splashed across the back. She also rocked a white baseball cap with the phrase: "Wife of the party". Captioning the images, newlywed Millie wrote: "Who wants to go to @universalorlando???? Ussssssssss."
