Curtis Pritchard, who appeared in the fifth series of Love Island, has spoken out about whether pal Tommy Fury may return to the series for Love Island All Stars following his split from Molly-Mae Hague.

Currently preparing to enter the All Stars villa in South Africa, Curtis says he “would love to see Tommy coming back in,” but he “highly doubts” his friend will turn up on the show as a bombshell. “He's super busy with everything that he's doing right now, and there's a lot going on in his life soI think he's very focused,” he says.

Curtis is, however, open to forming a bromance llike the one he had with Tommy on the show back in 2019. “I always think it’s great. The lads are the people you go to talk to if you're feeling upset or you're feeling anything, because that's just the normal situation that happens really, and I find that comfortable.”

“So if there's a bromance that's brewing, there's a bromance brewing, but I don't know who's on there, and I don't know what the situation is yet,” he says. “It really happened organically with me and Tommy. I think how that worked was we both came from a competitive background, him and his boxing, me and my dancing, so you have the same morals, goals and aspirations a little bit, so even though it was two completely different worlds, you sort of have to have the same mindset, and I think that just really works and gelled well together and that's where that great match just grew.”

Curtis is returning to Love Island because he feels he is at a different stage in his life than he was when he first appeared on the show six years ago. “The idea of settling down is a serious idea in my life right now,” he admits. “I haven’t found my true love… that sounds so cheesy, doesn’t it? So, I thought, let’s give it another go. It was great fun last time; a lot of emotions. I feel excited to go back. I’m going to have a great fun time and hopefully leave with someone. It’s exciting.”

This time around, he is looking for someone “with the same morals and the same ambitions,” he says. “I want someone that’s empathetic and actually cares. I think I like blondes and someone who’s athletic as I like to do extreme sports. I’d like someone that’s daring and willing to try new things and who’s loving and caring.”

He’s also determined to find love, even if it means breaking up a couple at the villa to get it. “This time I know what I want. If I fancy someone and I feel those emotions in my stomach, or in my head, I’m just going to go with it, 100%. Even if they’re in a couple or whatnot, it is what it is. It’s better to have a rough patch at the start with people and find something that works and lasts.”
