The Legend of Zelda movie casts Bo Bragason as Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link

The Zelda movie has cast its two biggest roles and the news broke on the Nintendo Today! app first.

Nintendo has announced who will be playing Zelda and Link in The Legend of Zelda movie. Bo Bragason will play Princess Zelda with Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link.

This news was announced on a video on the Nintendo Today! app.

Benjamin Evan Ainsworth is an up-and-coming British actor, while Bo Bragason has seen some recent success with her role as Roxy on Renegade Nell. It makes sense for these actors to be somewhat younger, as Nintendo and Sony have a lot of stories to tell in the Zelda universe if more than one movie is planned.
