Star Wars: Galactic Racer gets October 2026 release date

The game will come to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in its initial launch.

Fuse Games, Secret Mode, and Lucasfilm Games’ Star Wars: Galactic Racer has been given a release date. It’s coming out on October 6, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. There is no Switch 2 release date at this time.

The release date was revealed in a new gameplay trailer showing off Star Wars: Galactic Racer. The game is a high-speed ground racer in which players will pilot a number of Star Wars vehicles through winding tracks based on a variety of locations from the series.

Galactic Racer certainly looks like an appetizing racing game. From the trailer, we can see iconic vehicles like many of the Pod Racers and the Speeder Bike, but it also looks like there will be optional decorations, as the Deluxe Edition of the game features Naboo Starfighter paint jobs and liveries for several vehicles.
