Greninja, Delphox & Chesnaught get Mega Evolutions in Pokemon Legends: Z-A

The original Kalos starter Pokemon are all getting Mega Evolved forms.

Game Freak revealed a batch of new Mega Evolutions debuting in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and they’re big ones. Greninja, Delphox, and Chesnaught, the final evolutions of the starters introduced in Pokemon X and Y, are all getting Mega Evolutions in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.

We got our first look at Mega Greninja, Mega Delphox, and Mega Chesnaught during a new trailer for Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Their respective Mega Stones can be earned by ranking up in the Z-A Battle Club.

This wasn’t the only Pokemon Legends announcement from today’s Direct, as it was also revealed that Pokemon Legends: Z-A will receive story DLC in 2026.
