Jennifer Lopez “Is Not Dating” 1 Year After Ben Affleck Divorce

It’s been a year since the end of Bennifer 2.0, and it seems like Jennifer Lopez is basking in her single girl glow.

Insiders recently gave a much-needed update on J.Lo’s relationship status in a new report from People, where they claim that the Kiss of the Spider Woman star is “not dating” and “is focused on work and raising her family.”

“It’s all about work and the kids for her. She seems happy and content,” the source added, referring to her 17-year-old twins, Max and Emme Muñiz, whom she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

J.Lo finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck in January 2025, although she had filed for a dissolution of marriage on August 20, 2024. According to court docs, the date of her and Ben’s separation is April 26, 2024, and she filed for divorce exactly two years after their second (!!!) wedding ceremony in Georgia.

In October 2024, she got candid about “looking forward” to being single after experiencing “different challenging situations.”

“Now I’m excited, when you say you’re just going to be on your own,” she told Interview magazine at the time.

She doubled down on her intentions of staying single, adding, “Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I fucking do when it’s just me flying on my own ... what if I’m just free?”
