vivo V70, V70 Elite to launch in February, V70 FE to debut later

Over the past couple of weeks, numerous leaks have surfaced about the upcoming vivo V70 series. Now, a tipster has shared the expected launch timeline for the vivo V70 and V70 Elite in India.

According to the tipster, the vivo V70 and V70 Elite are slated to launch in India in mid-February. These models will succeed the V60 and V60 Lite.

Meanwhile, a report has revealed that the V70 series will be equipped with Snapdragon chipsets, large-format Sony sensors, and Zeiss optics. vivo’s upcoming phones will also run OriginOS 6 out-of-the-box and offer several AI-backed features.

The tipster also states that vivo will launch the V70 FE at a later date. Recently, the V70 FE was certified in Indonesia, whereas the vivo V70 Lite had received an FCC certification in October last year.

The vivo V70 is likely to be a rebranded S50, which was unveiled in China last month. It could feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, a 50MP main rear camera, another 50MP periscope telephoto, and an 8MP ultrawide. The phone may also come with a 6,500mAh battery and a 50MP front camera.
