Prithviraj Sukumaran character from S.S. Rajamouli film revealed
by Fred Topel · UPINov. 7 (UPI) -- Globe Trotter released the first look at a character from the upcoming film from director S.S. Rajamouli on Friday.
Globe Trotter is a temporary title for the film previously known as SSMB29, with an official title announcement pending on Nov. 15.
The poster, released by Rajamouli on X, shows Prithviraj Sukumaran as Kumbha, described as "a sinister, ruthless and commanding antagonist unlike anything ever seen before."
The film also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Mahesh Babu.
The title will be revealed on Nov. 15 at a Global Launch Event at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The film is about international heroes on missions throughout the world.
In a recent interview with UPI promoting the U.S. release of Baahubali: The Epic, Rajamouli said he was planning to show a video explaining what his new film is about.
His follow-up to RRR, he promised it would be "much, much bigger than both Baahubali and RRR put together."
