Download Festival 2025 tickets and how to get them today after Green Day and Sleep Token announced as headliners

Download Festival 2024 was a memorable event with some fantastic headliners, but Download Festival 2025 is set to be even more spectacular. While the 2024 festival saw performances from Avenged Sevenfold, Fall Out Boy and Queens of the Stone Age on the Apex Stage, the line-up for 2025 is shaping up to be quite a different affair.

It was recently announced that Green Day, Sleep Token and Korn will be taking centre stage at next year's event in Donington Park for 2025's Download Festival. This impressive line-up spans both genres and generations, featuring industry veterans like Green Day and Korn in tandem with rising stars Sleep Token.

How to buy Download Festival 2025 tickets

Tickets for Download Festival 2025 will go on general sale from Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 9pm. This release will be open to everyone - no presale code or special access needed.

Here, tickets will be divvied out to fans through a virtual, online queue beginning just before 9pm. So, if you want to get involved, act fast and get online early.

When and where is Download Festival?

Although only a few specific details about Download Festival 2025 have been revealed thus far, the dates for the rock and alternative weekend have been confirmed. The festival will run from Wednesday, June 11, 2025, to Sunday, June 15, 2025.

As always, Download Festival will take place at its usual venue, Donington Park in Derbyshire. Spanning 28 acres and with the capacity to host 120,000 rock fans at once, the Download Festival 2025 line-up has recently been confirmed. It boasts three headliners and a host of massive artists.

Topping the bill is Green Day, one of the most iconic pop-punk bands of all time, led by Billie Joe Armstrong. This marks their first time headlining the Download Festival.

Following them is Sleep Token, a cult band with an ever-growing following. Led by the masked macabre maestro Vessel, this band promises to not only intrigue but also captivate you throughout their setlist.

Finally, Korn will be closing out the Download Festival with their debut at the festival as well. The nu-metal rockers, best known for 'Freak on a Leash' and 'Coming Undone', are undoubtedly going to deliver a stellar performance next year.
