Speaking about why he wanted to come back to Love Island, Harrison confessed: “I feel like I didn’t handle certain situations in there very well and I feel like, even though it’s only been seven or eight months since the show, I’ve done a lot of growing up and self reflection.”
“I’ve looked back at the show and I was a bit embarrassed by my actions sometimes. I’m actually glad that it did happen on national television. I feel like it gives you a chance to properly look at yourself and see where you went wrong. I just feel like I’m a very different man than I was the first time I entered the Villa. I want to do it differently this time. It was a little bit of a wake up moment for sure.”

Responding to viewers who said it’s too soon to come back to the show, the 23-year-old stated: “Whenever anyone asks about Love Island I always say with a massive smile on my face that it was definitely the best summer of my life.”
“I’m single, I love the experience. I love the challenges, getting to know people I wouldn’t normally on the outside. I think I’d be silly to turn down the opportunity again.”
Harrison chose to follow his partner at the time Lauren Wood after she was dumped from the villa, but he doesn’t regret it.
When asked whether he would do it again, he responded: “Yeah 100%. I don’t regret leaving. I was following my heart and that’s all I can do. If I found it was right and I genuinely liked the girl, I’d have no issues with leaving for sure. As long as I come out with a girlfriend, that’s the important thing.”
