· GOSS.ieThe Royal Family has teased something “special” at Princess Kate’s Christmas carol service.
In advance of Princess Kate’s Christmas carol performance this evening, Kensington Palace has hinted at a “special duet” in a video featuring two sets of fingers on piano keys.
The sweet video, which has fans speculating about who might be in the duet, shows two hands resting on a piano, one enormous with Kate’s famous engagement ring.
The clip, which was posted on social media by the Prince and Princess of Wales’ joint account, was captioned: “A special duet…”
Royal fans were eager to speculate as to who would be playing with the future queen, with many speculating that it would be Princess Charlotte, her 10-year-old daughter.
One wrote: “Is this a Catherine & Charlotte duet?!?! Can’t wait to watch tonight,” while another said: “Mummy and daughter duet?,” while a third wrote: “I think it’s Charlotte.”
This evening at 7.25 p.m., Kate’s Together at Christmas carol service, which was held earlier in the month, will be broadcast.
Following an introduction by the Princess of Wales, Line of Duty actress Vicky McClure is scheduled to narrate the ceremony, according to the Daily Mail.
The annual event will showcase two community films, one about a Lancashire artist from the Fleetwood district and the other about pupils from London’s Platinum Performing Arts.
