Knowledge Economic City, BAAN Holding to bring Level 48 to Madinah Mall

Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City and BAAN Holding have signed a lease agreement to introduce Level 48, a new family entertainment concept developed by BAAN Holding, at Multaqa AlMadinah Mall in Madinah.

The agreement was announced during Retail Congress MENA 2026 (RECON) in Dubai, marking a step in BAAN Holding’s entertainment expansion strategy, according to a press release.

This partnership supports the development of Multaqa AlMadinah as a lifestyle destination combining retail, dining, hospitality, and entertainment.

Level 48 is designed as a futuristic entertainment city featuring immersive attractions, interactive games, adventure activities, themed environments, social gaming spaces, and skill-based challenges for families and visitors of different ages.

Multaqa AlMadinah is among the first announced locations for the concept, which aims to provide residents and visitors with a new family entertainment experience.

Fahad Al Obailan, CEO of BAAN Holding, said: “We see strong potential in Madinah as a destination for distinctive leisure and lifestyle experiences, and through Level 48, we look forward to introducing a concept that brings families and visitors together through engaging and memorable experiences.”

The listed group recently signed two exclusive brokerage agreements with Keller Williams Saudi Arabia and RE/MAX Smart Concept to support the sales and marketing of selected residential buildings within its Al Alyaa project in Madinah.
