The I'm A Celeb camp was thrown into chaos this morning when the contestants were evacuated by production staff into the Bush Telegraph during a horrendous thunderstorm.

I'm A Celebrity certainly has had a dramatic 24 hours! The camp was evacuated after h eavy storms caused flash flooding and chaos in the jungle- with the stars being kept in the dry. A source told us: "The Bush Telegraph [where the show's talking-head elements are filmed] is tiny but the only place where the campmates can be evacuated too. With all twelve contestants in there, it would have been very, very uncomfortable. Plus they were all drenched. It couldn’t have got any worse. "It’s going to be very grim indeed. The wet weather always brings out the leeches, plus a whole host of other biting insects too. After what has seemed quite a harmonious camp, we expect it to get a little fraught from now on."
